YOU MUST HAVE THE MONEY BEFORE YOU POST A FORM!!!
You may not post a form if you do not currently have the money available to send when you are accepted. You have 3 weeks to get the money, use it. It will not be fair if you don't get the payment in time and I'm stuck in a mess for people begging for just a few more days.
Any forms accepted/posted right now that do not have the money are fine, but PLEASE. Get the money on time. There will be no leniency if you don't get it before the cut off.
FYI I'm aware I need to go through and accept forms- i'm doing that now. Needed to get this rule out there though ^^"
